Our Philosophy

In this day and age when everybody has a camera in their phone or handbag, a quick snapshot of a moment is easy to obtain and share with our family and friends. But are they the special images that you want to remember and hang on the wall for generations to come?

This is where we are very different. All our images are handcrafted pieces of art that are designed to be kept and displayed for generations to come. We offer a custom service that goes far beyond the quick snapshot. Our style and approach is to caputure and create a complementary blend of romantic, elegant and emotional images.

A beautiful portrait does not begin with the photography; it starts with the initial phone call. We will discuss with you all aspects of planning for your portrait session including the clothing attire and location to best suit your personal requirements. We will take the time and care required to provide you with an exceptional portrait.

A Day in the Life

In addition to our Fine Art Portrait sessions, we also offer a "Day in the Life" package. We follow your family throughout the day, incorporating both a Fine Art Portrait session with those beautiful and emotional candid shots of everyday life.

This product incorporates a storybook album highlighting those special moments. Our product lines are a la carte, so you can choose the artwork and its sizes to suit your personal requirements. We offer high quality prints, both framed and unframed, gallery wrap canvas, leather bound photo albums and much more.

The Fine Art Portrait Session

During the initial consultation, we will chat to you about your needs and requirements.If we feel we can help meet those needs, then we will book a portrait session for you. A session usually lasts between one and two hours but may take longer depending on circumstances. We prefer to visit our clients in their own home or at a public location of their choosing.

After the session we will select and choose the best images for post-processing. Not all images are made available for viewing as many are not suitable to create those special pieces of personal artwork. At this point we will invite you to visit us and view the images in our comfortable viewing room. There, you will be able to select the images you wish to purchase and receive individual advice regarding your chosen pieces and the best methods of display.
